This mini course series designed for all levels in those looking to build strength, stability and body awareness through a slow therapeutic yoga practice.We will make use of yoga props for support and depth in poses for healthy muscle recruitment, bone alignment and joint mobility. Movements are threaded in sensory and meditative awareness for activation in various brain centers (such as; the thalamus, cerebellum & basal ganglia that can correlate with tactile fitness refinement.)
